Using the service

These terms apply to your use of my9albums.app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You may use the tool to create and share album posters for lawful purposes, subject to the rights of others.

Your content and public links

You are responsible for the text and collections you create and share. Only include information you are entitled to publish. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-infringing content, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property rights.

You retain any rights you have in your own original text. Opening the finished poster’s download and sharing dialog automatically creates a public share link. By doing so, you permit us to store, reproduce, and display that collection as needed to operate the sharing feature. Public links are accessible to anyone who obtains them and may be indexed or redistributed. Keep your own downloaded copy; we do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery.

Album artwork and third-party services

Album covers, names, trademarks, and music metadata may be protected by third-party rights or licenses. Availability in this tool does not transfer ownership or grant a license for commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use, including merchandise, advertising, or resale.

Third-party catalogs, artwork, and linked websites have their own terms. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or endorsement of your poster. Rights holders can contact us with the affected URL, a description of the work, and information supporting their claim.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, overload our infrastructure, or use automated requests to interfere with other visitors. We may restrict abusive requests and remove content that violates these terms, infringes rights, or must be removed by law.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every album cover will be available. Features may change or be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, unavailable artwork, or lost drafts or shared collections. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, public sharing, analytics, and data requests. We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date; please review them before continuing to use the service.
